Patricia Senecal
Pat Senecal has extensive experience working with groups, both large and small, designing and implementing team-based employee processes, including team building and train-the-trainer programs. She is also an expert at conducting organizational needs assessments. Among her clients are General Electric, Southern California Edison, and Huntsman. A frequent contributor to Occupational Hazards, Pat is the author of the 1997 book, Safety Committees that Work.
