Joyce Schroeder is an organizational change consultant with a Masterıs Degree
in Organizational Development and Leadership. She specializes
in delivering the culture change assessment, facilitating culture
change and leadership workshops, training groups on culture change
tools and serving as a coach to safety teams as they implement
the safety culture change process at their facilities. Among her
many clients are PSE&G, Con Edison, Mittal Steel, Southern California
Edison and Owens Corning She was instrumental in developing the
³Implementing Culture Change² public seminar, the safety culture
teleclasses and the training manuals for the Safety Culture Toolkit.
