Deborah Burke, Ph.D

In addition to a business degree in organizational behavior, Dr. Burke holds a doctorate in Human and Organization Systems, a subject she teaches as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. As a senior consultant, Dr. Burke is active in delivering every phase of the culture change process, including culture assessments, team formation, supervisor training and executive coaching. Among her most recent clients are General Electric, United Technologies, and Advanced Glassfiber Yarns.
