Ronald Brown, Ph.D.

Dr. Brown has over 25 years experience in building companies and effective, collaborative teams within those companies. In his work with Culture Change Consultants, he administers safety culture surveys, conducts focus groups, facilitates feedback and action-planning sessions, and works on the formation and training of grassroots safety culture teams. Among the clients he has worked with are Southern California Edison, CNA Insurance, Consumers Energy, Seattle City Light, and Agrium, Inc.
