Kerri Ausserlechner joined Culture Change Consultants in 2003. She holds a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In her capacity as Office Manager, she manages the office, the "Implementing Culture Change" public seminar and is generally known by both clients and associates as the person to "go to" to get the job done.
